How do I tell you about my menu?
Tell us on the call: your dishes, and if your kitchen is pure veg, non-veg or both.
Do I pay before the staff comes?
Yes. We call you first and explain everything. You pay the fee before we send the person. Then they come to your place for a trial. If the trial does not work, we send another person. No extra fee for this.
Can I talk to the person before I pay?
Yes. You can talk to the person on the phone before you pay.
How do you check the staff?
We check ID / Aadhaar and talk to every candidate on the phone. We do a police check if you ask for one. It needs an application or a visit to the police station. The time depends on the station, and it is usually quick. You pay any police charges.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
It covers staff you hired through us who quit, stop coming, or go to the village and don’t come back. During your plan, we find a new person within 2–3 days. No extra fee. Cover starts on the joining date. It does not cover staff who leave because you changed their role, or cut or didn’t pay their salary.
How many replacements can I get?
Up to 3 replacements during your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Once we start finding staff for you, there is no refund. Instead, we replace the person.
Who pays for the staff’s travel?
You pay their bus or train fare to your place.
Do you work outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We also cover the rest of Karnataka, Mumbai and Delhi.
