Who we are
Dapa Group finds staff for hotels, restaurants, cafes and other food businesses. We work in Bengaluru first, and also in the rest of Karnataka, Mumbai and Delhi.

How it works
- You send us your requirement: on this website, on WhatsApp or on a call.
- We call you to understand your need. We explain the fee and these terms.
- We find the right person and check them on the phone. Interview if needed.
- You pay the fee.
- We send the person to your place for a trial. Cooks do a cooking trial.
- Not right? We send another person. No extra fee for this.
- They leave later? Replacement guarantee: we find a new person within 2–3 days. No extra fee.
Phone screening and ID / Aadhaar check on every candidate. Police check if you ask. It needs an application or a visit to the police station. The time depends on the station, and it is usually quick. You pay any police charges.
Our fee
Fee is per person. You choose one of two plans:
- 3-month plan: replacement guarantee for 3 months · Fee: 50% of 1 month’s salary
- 6-month plan: replacement guarantee for 6 months · Fee: 100% of 1 month’s salary
1 month’s salary means one month of the salary you will pay the person you hire. Work out your fee with the calculator on our Price & guarantee page.
When you pay

The trial
After you pay the fee, the person comes to your place for a trial. Cooks do a cooking trial.
If the person is not right for you, tell us. We send another person. No extra fee for this.
Replacement guarantee
If staff you hired through Dapa leave, we find a new person within 2–3 days. No extra fee.
It covers staff you hired through Dapa who quit, stop coming, or go to the village and don’t come back, during your plan.
How long you are covered depends on your plan: 3 months on the 3-month plan, 6 months on the 6-month plan. Cover starts on the joining date.
Up to 3 replacements during your plan.
It does not cover staff who leave because you changed their role, or cut or didn’t pay their salary.

Refunds
Once we start finding staff for you, there is no refund. Instead, we replace the person.
